Mina Imbriano

Chief Financial Officer

Mina Imbriano, who has more than 20 years of experience in accounting, has served as Pointe Group Care’s Finance Chief since 2016. She manages general accounting, budgeting and bookkeeping functions, billing and accounts receivable, payroll and 401(k) processes, workers’ compensation, corporate and tax filings, and insurance matters. Her role also includes oversight of human resources including policies and procedures. Prior to becoming CFO, Mina served as assistant controller and HR director for the company. She earned a bachelor’s degree in accountancy from Bentley College.

Anthony DiFilippo

Vice President of Information Technology

Anthony DiFilippo has more than 25 years of experience in healthcare information systems. As Vice President of Information Technology at Pointe Group Care, Anthony provides leadership for the continued development of an innovative, robust and secure information technology environment throughout the organization. He is responsible for ensuring that all residents have access to amenities such as phone, television, computer and Wi-Fi service. He oversees the network infrastructure and implementation of all support systems that Pointe Group Care uses to operate and manage the business daily. He also is responsible for all backup and IT-related disaster recovery procedures. Anthony holds a bachelor’s degree from Suffolk University.

Anthony DiFilippo

Vice President of Information Technology

Anthony DiFilippo has more than 25 years of experience in healthcare information systems. Michael Brown

Vice President of Facilities and Construction

Michael Brown leads all of Pointe Group Care’s facilities and construction-related activities. Prior to his appointment as a Vice President, Michael directed plant operations for 15 years at Eastpointe Rehabilitation Center, a skilled nursing facility in Chelsea, MA., operated by Pointe Group Care. His role involved overseeing engineering, security, housekeeping and laundry services in compliance with state and federal regulations. He earned a degree from Northeast Regional Vocational School and completed continuing education courses in a number of facilities management areas. He is a volunteer for A Leg Forever Foundation, a charity supporting survivors of the 2013 Boston Marathon bombing, and serves as the program director for Twice As Strong Hockey, an ice hockey player development program north of Boston.

Chris Hannon

Chief Operating Officer

Chris Hannon is an inspiring leader who provides strong day-to-day management and strategic vision in his role as the Operations Chief for Pointe Group Care. He is tirelessly focused on maintaining the company’s high standards of care and dedication to the communities it serves. Prior to joining the Pointe Group Care leadership team, Chris was the longtime administrator of the Southpointe skilled nursing facility and more recently the administrator of Baypointe. Chris grew up in a family of health care professionals and decided to study physical therapy and rehabilitation following a sports injury. He holds a bachelor’s degree in physical therapy from Northeastern University and doctorate in physical therapy from MGH Institute of Health Professions.

Wally Dandy

Regional Director of Operations (Florida Division)

Wally Dandy, based in the Tampa Bay area but originally from the Canadian border of New York, is recognized for his effective leadership in diverse urban and rural settings, making him an invaluable asset. With 20+ years of experience in multi-facility healthcare operations, Wally has managed up to 40 business units across various states. His expertise includes specialized care units like Memory Care and Alzheimer’s facilities, as well as successful involvement in startup ventures from construction to launch. Wally’s commitment to quality care and leadership development has garnered him recognition for operational excellence, employee satisfaction, and regulatory compliance throughout his career. A graduate of the State University of New York with a BS in Healthcare Administration, Wally’s dedication to quality and advocacy extends to his involvement in industry associations and legislative efforts, particularly in Florida.

Robin Paey, RN

Director of Clinical Reimbursement

Robin Paey is a registered nurse who leads Pointe Group Care’s clinical reimbursement program, driving excellence and adherence to high-quality care throughout the organization. She oversees multiple skilled nursing facilities to ensure compliance with Medicare guidelines and managed care processes. Robin’s nursing and health care career spans decades, from her roots as a visiting nurse in rural New Hampshire, to managing an Alzheimer’s care unit, to serving as a director of nursing. Robin studied nursing at the Concord Hospital School of Nursing in Concord, N.H.

David Carvelli has nearly three decades of experience in hospitals and health care, beginning his career as a registered nurse at a major Boston medical center. At Pointe Group Care, he oversees business development planning and operations for eight skilled nursing facilities along with three assisted-living residences in the Massachusetts region. He works closely with acute care providers, ACOs, physicians, insurance providers and local business leaders. David maintains his clinical status as a registered nurse licensed by the Massachusetts Board of Nursing, with expertise in multiple areas. He holds degrees from Framingham State University, Massachusetts Bay Community College and Western Governors University.

Raffaele Rotondo

Regional Director of Sales and Marketing (Florida Division)

Raffaele joined The Pointe Group in 2021 as Regional Director of Sales and Marketing after more than 22 years of leadership in Assisted Living marketing, communications, strategic planning, and business development. In addition, he has a strong background in operations with senior living that includes food & beverage, business office management, and as an Executive Director. He has always had a strong passion for senior living due to his upbringing with family members in the industry. He received his B.S. from Hodges University of Management.
